Andy Dellisanti

Owner/General Manager

With his combination of 20+ years’ experience in the construction industry, leadership and motivation, Andy is able to successfully deliver a superior quality product to each of our customers while simultaneously contributing to the growth and development of each Dellisanti Construction team member.

Andy started off as a roofer during his teenage years, expanding into carpentry & framing along the way. Later, he began completing small remodeling jobs independently. Throughout the years, as his knowledge grew & skill set expanded, Andy decided to launch his own home remodeling business. Today, Dellisanti Construction is established as a reputable, trustworthy design-build & remodeling firm that prides itself on quality products & craftsmanship.

In his free time, Andy enjoys camping and spending time with his wife Jillian, their two daughters, Cadence & Harper and their two dogs, Weston & Copper.

Jillian Dellisanti

Designer/Office Manager

Joined Team: September, 2011

Jillian has a long standing artistic background and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art & Design from Cleveland State University and a Master’s degree in Education from Ursuline College. Jillian began her career as an art educator and taught visual art curriculum at a local school district. In 2011, she decided to refocus her career and apply her artistic talents to the home remodeling industry.

Jillian has a keen sense for interior design and is highly creative in coordinating a unified look that enhances your home. She assists all of our customers with making quality product selections and ensures that the finished outcome will have the style and design as envisioned. Even if you are unsure of what your vision is, Jillian will provide you with the resources and insight to clarify your project style.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys horseback riding with her daughters and hiking with her family.

Bryan Kelly

Production Manager

Joined Team: March, 2014

Bryan joined the Dellisanti team in 2014 as a Project Manager and brings creativity, innovation and experience to the organization. With over 30 years of carpentry experience and 17 years as a Project Manager, Bryan is a critical member of our team and is consistently finding ways to improve our organizational skills and effectiveness. Through his loyalty and dedication to company growth, he was quickly promoted to Production Manager and has since had an even greater impact on our business. Bryan oversees all production systems to ensure a premier remodeling experience for each of our customers.

Beyond work, Bryan enjoys working on his home and often spends time with his children.

Bree Marks

3D Designer/Carpenter I

Joined Team: February, 2018

Bree is a proud Kent State University alumnus where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Theatrical Engineering & Technical Direction. Previously, Bree worked as a Project Manager and Set Designer in California building custom stage sets for high profile award shows including The Grammys, The Golden Globes and The ESPYs. As 3-D designer, Bree creates photo realistic 3-D renderings for our customers to help bring their home remodeling visions to life. In addition, Bree also works in the field as a Carpenter I and performs a wide variety of remodeling tasks. Bree’s high attention to detail and aptitude for virtual design makes her a tremendous asset to the Dellisanti Team.

Bree spends most of her free time outdoors and enjoys wake surfing on Lake Erie.

Brendan Bennett

Organizational Development Specialist

Joined Team: January, 2017

Brendan is a current Master’s student at The University of Akron studying Organizational Psychology. In his studies, he is currently learning how to optimize the efficiency of organizations by focusing on employee relations, strengthening company processes and improving company culture. As the Organizational Development Intern, Brendan contributes to the financial, human resource and project management initiatives within Dellisanti Construction.

In his free time, Brendan enjoys international travel and pursuing real estate related interests in his area.

Dave Schneider

Lead Carpenter

Joined Team: March, 2018

Dave is a highly skilled carpenter with over 25 years in the home remodeling and construction industry. Before working with Dellisanti, Dave worked as a home remodeler throughout Northeast Ohio and gained an extensive amount of skill and experience. As Lead Carpenter, Dave contributes to the company’s success by leading carpentry initiatives on the jobsite while also communicating progress and needs to teammates.

Dave is a proud dog parent to two beautiful Rottweilers that he loves taking outdoors to go boating & fishing.

Dave Lozano

Carpenter I

Joined Team: July, 2016

Dave is a hardworking carpenter and was promoted to Carpenter I status at Dellisanti Construction due to his dedication to development. As a Carpenter I, Dave performs many different carpentry tasks and contributes to the success of our many projects. Specifically, Dave has developed into an excellent tile installer and possesses the skills to complete custom tile showers & flooring of all sizes and varying complexity.

When not working, Dave is the lead singer of his band and enjoys spending time with his family.

Cory Kushinski

Carpenter’s Apprentice

Joined Team: July, 2017

Cory is a recent graduate of the Construction Management & Construction Engineering programs offered at Lorain County Community College. Throughout his degree pursuit, Cory was able to deeply expand his knowledge on project management tasks as well as learn a variety of hands-on carpentry skills required in our field. As a Carpenter’s Apprentice, Cory is gaining valuable remodeling experience each day by working alongside one of our Lead Carpenters. Cory enjoys spending time outdoors and frequents Cedar Point during the summer.
